MIXED HOUSING DEVELOPMENT

Just a stone's throw from the blue coast, the Ciel Rouge Création agency is currently building a group of semi-detached houses and a small collective in the commune of Châteauneuf-les-Martigues!

At the entrance to the town, between the Estaque massif and the Berre pond, the project takes place in a partly natural environment. 32 individual houses grouped together take the traditional local form of houses of which the roof ridges integrate terraces to also experience life outdoors in a landscape of heath.
