After starting his career in France, then in Sweden, a country steeped in social progress and ecology, after a world tour of 5 continents, he arrived in Japan in 1989. It inspired his life and work, and led him to found CIEL ROUGE CRÉATION in Tokyo in 1991. A series of projects in Europe led to the creation of the Paris agency in 2003, followed by Marseille in 2012.

Emi HIRAOKA - GUEYDAN

Alongside her work at CIEL ROUGE CREATION, Emi has had a rich career in film and television production between France and Japan. In addition to her job as an interpreter and her dual French-Japanese nationality, she has gradually come to specialize in the relationship between these two countries, in both architecture and design. Thanks to her external and multicultural viewpoint, she advises the agency in its relational, conceptual and organizational aspects. Today, she is co-manager of CIEL ROUGE CRÉATION.

Gaëtan AUDOUARD

After completing a Master’s degree in urban planning, Gaëtan set off to discover Japan. Nourished by this trip, and after experience in other structures, he joined the CIEL ROUGE CRÉATION agency in Marseille before heading up the Paris agency. Working in both CRC development and project management, his interest in urban planning and housing has led him to manage numerous private projects and take part in various public competitions.

Timothée PERROT

After graduating from the École Nationale d’Architecture de Normandie in 2022, Timothée shaped his experience by working for several architectural agencies in Marseille. Passionate about attention to detail, he has developed a sensitivity that enables him to handle projects both in the design and execution phases. When he joined CIEL ROUGE CRÉATION Marseille in 2024, he extended his know-how in the fields of design and implementation, contributing to the renovation of the Domaine Saint Martin de la Garrigue

Tadashi KAWARASAKI (KREW ARCHITECTS)

Graduated from Tokyo University of Architecture in 1999.

Tadashi is a graduate of Tokyo Architecture University. He developed his experience in several agencies before joining Ciel Rouge Création Tokyo in 2005, where he assisted Henri Gueydan as associate architect. In 2012, he will become CRC’s representative in Tokyo. His fruitful collaboration with KREW/ CRC has enabled him to develop a number of projects across Japan and Asia, including the Aokiko ski resort and the Nagano lodge villages.

Ryosuke graduated from Tokyo University of Architecture. He developed his experience in several agencies before joining Ciel Rouge Création Paris in 2007, where he assists Henri Gueydan as associate architect. Fascinated by alternative and ancestral building methods, he develops his experience as opportunities arise. Through a fruitful collaboration with KREW/CRC, he has helped to develop projects throughout Japan and more widely in Asia.

Cécilia DA COSTA

Cécilia has worked in the world of architecture since 2011 and has been a specialist in tender dossiers since 2015. She has worked with several architectural agencies. She is currently a freelancer at CDC-Consulting and is in charge of tender dossiers for our agency.
